We’re excited to welcome vendors back to Anime Conclave! For 2027, we’re making some changes to our vendor application process to keep our vendor hall organized, fair, and full of amazing artists and businesses.

We have 35 vendor spaces available, so we encourage interested vendors to apply early!

Application Rounds & Deadlines

Vendor applications will be reviewed in three rounds. Each round has an application deadline and a notification date.

Round 1 — Early Bird

• Application Deadline: December 31, 2026

• Notifications Sent By: February 1, 2027

• Only 10 spaces available at the discounted rate of $175 (regularly $200).

Round 2

• Application Deadline: March 31, 2027

• Notifications Sent By: May 1, 2027

• Standard vendor space: $200.

Round 3

• Application Deadline: May 31, 2027

• Notifications Sent By: July 1, 2027

• Standard vendor space: $200.

Applicants may receive a decision before the listed notification date. All applicants will be notified no later than the date listed for their round.

Returning Vendors

We appreciate the vendors who have supported Anime Conclave in previous years! To keep the selection process fair as our vendor hall adjusts to a smaller space, all vendors—including returning vendors—must submit a new application for 2027. Previous participation does not guarantee acceptance.

Vendor Space & Pricing

All vendor spaces for 2027 will be 10′ × 10′.

• Early-Bird Rate: $175 — limited to 10 spaces during Round 1.

• Standard Rate: $200 — applies to all remaining spaces.

• Included with Each Space: Two vendor passes.

• Additional Pass: One additional pass may be purchased at a discounted rate.

Early-bird pricing is limited to the first-round allocation. Once those 10 spaces are filled or the Round 1 deadline passes, the standard rate applies.

Approval & Securing Your Space

Vendor approval is provisional and will be held until the application deadline for the following round.

To secure your space, approved vendors must sign their vendor contract and submit payment before the next round’s application deadline.

If the deadline passes without both the signed contract and payment being received, your approval will remain valid; however, your space is no longer guaranteed and may be offered to another vendor if the vendor hall fills up.

Once all 35 spaces are filled, additional spaces may not be available, even if application rounds remain.
